Napoleon Bonaparte under a Leo Sun — an astrological portrait without prophecy

I do not open Napoleon Bonaparte’s chart expecting to find an emperor concealed in the planets. Millions were born under similar skies and never stood in Notre-Dame with a crown in their hands. What I can read is a striking arrangement of appetite and discipline: Leo asking for magnitude, Virgo checking the map, the timetable and the margin for error. History supplied the armies, institutions and consequences. Astrology supplies only a symbolic portrait, and that is enough.

Can Astrology Predict the Stock Market?

No. Not if predict means telling us where an index will close, when a rally will break, or what a share will be worth next Thursday. I say that from inside astrology. I have no wish to strip the sky of meaning; I want to stop meaning from being passed off as advance knowledge. Astrology can describe a human encounter with uncertainty. It cannot read tomorrow’s price tape.
